What the pilot includes

A useful engagement before a platform commitment.

Portfolio working session

Align on institutional priorities, current workflow, selection criteria, and the constraints the team manages today.

02

Opportunity briefs

Develop consistent, reviewable profiles for 3–5 selected technologies using only university-approved information.

03

Readiness map

Surface evidence, ownership, market, team, and commercialization questions that affect each next step.

04

Closing roadmap

Document workflow findings, product requirements, measures, and a practical recommendation for what comes next.

Good design partners

Teams willing to work on a real, bounded problem.

  • A technology transfer, research, or innovation leader sponsors the work.
  • The team can select 3–5 non-confidential opportunities for structured review.
  • At least two working sessions can happen during the six-week period.
  • Participants can give candid feedback and approve any public attribution separately.
